OMMC - Online Monmouth Math Competition

What OMMC Is
OMMC is the strongest leadership/operator project in Kevin's pre-Dedalus story. It is not just a math-competition website. It is a nonprofit organization plus the software and operations needed to run an international education program.

Why OMMC Matters In The Arc
OMMC is the pre-college proof point that Kevin could own a system end to end: fundraising, nonprofit legitimacy, volunteer coordination, competition operations, community growth, and software infrastructure. The resume's leadership line cites OMMC first because it combines ownership, organization-building, and technical execution.
It also prefigures later patterns:
- Ownership Drives Building: the work required someone to actually own the messy middle, not only code a page.
- HackPrinceton and Podium: competition/event logistics recur later at Princeton scale.
- Dedalus Labs: sponsor operations and developer-facing infrastructure become the professional version of the same operator muscle.
- OMMC Atlas: structured educational data becomes a product surface, not only content.
Open Questions For Kevin
- What is OMMC's current operating state: active, autopilot, paused, or wound down?
- Which year was hardest operationally?
- Which systems failed under competition pressure?
- What would you rebuild differently with current agent and Dedalus skills?
- Which co-founder or volunteer dynamics should be represented in the wiki?
