Resolver Status

This is a resolver companion page. The canonical filing rule lives in Filing Decision Tree. Use Wiki Brain Operating Model first to decide whether the decision deserves a standalone record or should be a section on a stronger project, architecture, or workflow page.

Closeout

Decision pages should state what was chosen, why, what it supersedes, and what evidence would reopen the decision. Update related pages so the chosen state is visible outside the decision record.
