This is a resolver companion page for filing skill-resolver extracts. Skill Resolver owns the canonical action dispatcher. Filing Decision Tree owns page placement. Do not mix the two.

Closeout

When routes change, run npm run routing-doctor and update Capability Routing Map, Active Stack (What to Actually Use), trigger evals, and harness projections if behavior changed.
