Resolver Status

This is a resolver companion page. Root boot files remain wiki/SOUL.md, wiki/USER.md, and wiki/HEARTBEAT.md. Subdirectories hold expanded articles that keep the boot spine small while preserving durable detail.

• soul/: agent identity, collaboration style, skills-first rules, and operating principles extracted from SOUL.md.
• user/: Kevin's durable preferences, working style, taste, goals, current focus, and collaboration defaults extracted from USER.md; read User Model Map before changing page structure.
• heartbeat/: startup cadence, freshness semantics, done checks, and recurring operating rhythms extracted from HEARTBEAT.md.

• General wiki operations: use meta/.
• Kevin's generalized beliefs: use philosophies/.
• Session-only preferences: do not persist unless they recur or Kevin asks.

Closeout

When an extracted identity/cadence article changes behavior, update the root boot file if its compact summary is now stale. For USER pages, update User Model Map when page families or merge decisions change. Then rebuild index/qmd and log the operation.
