Every factual wiki claim carries inline provenance and source conflicts are preserved rather than smoothed over.

Operating Rule

Use inline [Source: ...] citations for factual wiki claims. Prefer Kevin's direct statements, then primary sources, then API/local deterministic output, then web. Mark synthesis and contradictions.

Recognized Shapes

Useful citation shapes include User/date, Meeting/date, URL/domain, X/@handle, file path, AGENTS.md, skill path, compiled-from pages, and local deterministic command output.

Enforcement

The UI citation resolver and citation checks should reject fallback-shaped source claims when the claim is source-bearing.
