Operating Rule

A chatbot answers and forgets. Kevin's agent reads durable context, acts on the real workspace, verifies, writes back, and leaves state where the next session will find it.

wiki/, skills/, config/, automations/, state.json, outputs/, generated agent-doc packs, tests, scripts, qmd, and wiki/log.md are the continuity layer.

Failure Mode

Chatbot mode shows up as polished but ungrounded answers, no qmd lookup, no skill routing, no graph update, no verification, and no log.
