Operating Rule

For operations touching many files/items, prototype on 3-5 representative cases, inspect the output, adjust the method, then continue. If the work is already mechanical and low-risk, document the scope and verify after.

Applies To

Bulk wiki edits, page generation, skill creation, automation runs, link rewrites, media processing, and any operation where a bad rule could multiply.

Failure Mode

The rule fails when an agent scales an uninspected transformation and then spends the rest of the session patching avoidable damage.
