The SVG
Kevin's default source for brand/company logo SVGs — 6,000+ icons with mono/light/dark/wordmark variants, brand hex colors, and guidelines. Agent-native via MCP + CLI.
Standing preference: whenever prompted to find icons for a site (integration grids, footers, "powered by" rows, tech-stack badges), start here — not for UI glyphs (chevrons, settings); those stay Lucide/Phosphor per Frontend and Design Skills. Source: User, 2026-06-14
What it is (vs UI icon sets)
theSVG is a brand/logo library (GitHub, Stripe, AWS, social networks, AI tools), not a general UI glyph set. Competes with Simple Icons / svgl on coverage but adds multiple visual variants per brand and richer metadata (hex, guideline links). Source: thesvg.org/compare, 2026-06-14

Scope note
Brand marks remain trademarked — check each brand's usage guidelines before commercial deployment. For mono-only fallbacks when a slug is missing, use Simple Icons / svgl.
